If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message so that we can review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information or precise locations of vulnerable wildlife through this form.
Website operation & spam prevention
The website and hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. The contact form uses a hidden spam field, a security token and temporary rate limits. A one-way hash of the connection IP address is used for short-lived rate limiting; the raw IP address is not added to the inquiry email by the form.
Cookies & analytics
We use Burst Statistics in cookieless Essentials mode to understand aggregate website use. It uses an anonymous daily hash rather than a visitor cookie or browser fingerprint. Do Not Track requests are honoured. Anonymous usage sharing with the analytics developer is disabled. Analytics records are held within this WordPress site. WordPress uses cookies for authorised administrator sign-in; hosting and security services may keep operational logs.
How inquiries are handled
Contact submissions are sent to R&P’s contact mailbox. Hosting and email providers process data as needed to operate those services. Messages may be retained in correspondence and backups as needed to respond and maintain appropriate records. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your correspondence, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
